What You Will Be Doing:
As a Scientist, you will work closely with a scientific team to advance multiple aspects of our R&D programs focused on developing therapeutics for multiple disease indications. This is predominantly a laboratory/wet bench-based role and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality data in a timely manner and work effectively with team members. The candidate is expected to drive the success of projects with an opportunity to learn and acquire new techniques. The candidate should be scientifically motivated and capable of contributing to platform advancement, target identification, and validation.

Employ state-of-the-art biochemical, cell, and molecular biology techniques and mRNA modulator treatments to interrogate and validate therapeutic targets.

Contribute to pharmacology data generation to support the progression of mRNA-based therapeutic projects from early discovery to the IND stage.

Work both independently or as a part of a cross-functional team to design, execute efficacy and mechanism of action (MoA) study using various in vitro, in vivo models.

Analyze scientific results, provide oral and written reports, and remain current with literature reports and technological developments.

Perform ex vivo analysis and immunoassays such as flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, and Luminex.

Other responsibilities include operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, planning and performing laboratory experiments, and accurate, timely record keeping and data analysis
What You Need for this Position

Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Immunology, Molecular / Cellular Biology, or related fields.

Expertise in biology and immunology technologies including but not limited to mammalian cell culture (cell lines/primary cells), multi-color flow cytometry, ELISAs, Luminex and other immune related assays.

Hands-on experience with conducting experimental studies in rodent models.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Highly self-motivated, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
